Print and materials samples including: The Zero Hero program developed to reduce and eliminate preventable harm at the hospital and clinics. The Hang tag and table cling were to reduce medication errors. Using the numbers as graphical elements to call attention to the five rights, the hang tag is a quick visual reminder. The Distraction Free Zone floor signs and badges were to reduce errors caused by distraction. Cycling jerseys were designed for the team at Nationwide Children's Hospital to ride in the inaugural Pelotonia, raising money for cancer research.
