Print and materials samples including: The Zero Hero program developed to reduce and eliminate preventable harm at the hospital and clinics. The Hang tag and table cling were to reduce medication errors. Using the numbers as graphical elements to call attention to the five rights, the hang tag is a quick visual reminder. The Distraction Free Zone floor signs and badges were to reduce errors caused by distraction. The jersey design was created for the cycling team at Nationwide Children's Hospital, whose team of 26 riders, including the CEO, to wear while riding in the inaugural 2009 Pelotonia, a charity ride to raise money for cancer research.
